Check out the new haircut. I am absolutely loving my hair and all the layers I requested. AND, the best part - the amount of time I spend washing and styling my hair has been cut in half. With all this newfound time I can actually get some much needed blog work done (aka finish my press page) #winwin.

Finally, after what feels like YEARS of never being able to feel the connection with a hair stylist, it's safe to say I found the one! She's so good that I've literally been wearing my bedhead for the past week (and during the shoot above) for fear of never being able to tame the curls like she has. Is that a real fear, or am I cray?
With great hair in tow, off I went to meet new-to-you photographer Carroll to create some photo magic in Dumbo. Highly recommend to work with if you're in the tri-state area for all your photo needs. On a separate note, I decided to go a little glam in my overused (and uh-mazing) white circle skirt, cropped turtleneck and statement necklace from The Sak. Definitely a look I'll be wearing again for the holidays - lots of stretch to give for those festive fests na mean.
