KIDS directed by Larry Clark
My love for this movie will always remain. Over, over, and over again - I watch. Yeah, it's lame for me to say that I "connect" with such insanity, but I do. Ask any kid born in NYC (that was allowed to ride the subways without a parent), actually ask any kid born in an inner city hood, and they will tell you that they ruled the streets. Why? Because we were given the freedom and ran with it all without knowing the consequences. It's a horrible syndrome of the teen: we think we know it all.
This movie doesn't shock me. It was me.
