You know when girls are all like, "I AM NOT THE ONE" *insert hand clap emoji here*? Well that's usually my attitude when it comes to bodycon dresses. They just don't suit my boyish body frame at all, I tend to avoid them at all cost. Then there are times that you try your absolute hardest to make it work, because you're so in love with a dress you must make it work.
Dress: Ekineyo Flannel: Uniqlo Boots: Wanted Lipgloss: Cargo Essential Lipgloss in Rio Ring: Vanessa Mooney
WELL, for me this Ekineyo bodycon is the dress that I absolutely have to make work... Oops, sorry I mean WERK.
This cotton long sleeve dress has the sexiness of a pour-me-into dress, but it's still comfortable. I can stretch and not worry about busting open seams or exposing my who-ha to the world - both of which are a godsend when the subway is your only means of transportation. And yes, I do have some awfully embarrassing subway stories - when the time is right I'll consider sharing.
I'm a bit modest when comes to showing off the full non-existing package, so if you're shy like me, a flannel like the one I'm wearing above is a great accessory. Show as little or as much as you want with one tied around your waist.
Bottom line, if you need something for the holiday that will make you feel like your best self shop Ekineyo's dresses. If you want to cover up, make flannel your friend.
Don't forget to enter last week's giveaway! Find it here and on Thursday I'll be announcing a new one.
