A quick post on a few #arting things you should do this weekend, if in NYC.
1. Photoville
It's a free photo exhibition held in Dumbo. It showcases talented photographers of all different genres and from all over the world. I went last year and it left me mesmerized. If you have one day free during the weekend I recommend doing Photoville first and then interacting with the Dumbo Arts Festival. You can read last year's post on Photoville here.

2. Dumbo Arts Festival
Another free #arting event. The DAF is by far my favorite of all the art festivals, one weekend Dumbo is tech central and the next it's a wonderland. Lots of great interactive pieces and sculptures. The whole thing is awe-inducing and makes me hope that next year they'll extend it for one more day - it's that good. Read last year's post on DAF here.

3. Jeff Koons: A Retrospective @ The Whitney
I can not stress it enough. You MUST visit the Whitney before it closes and experience Koons in the flesh. It's even a great space for an Instagram opp. Koons, an American artist, turns banality into lustrous pieces of arts. I'm a lover of contemporary art and sculpture so if I miss this I'll hate myself forever.
