The hardest part about being on trend during the winter in the North-East, is staying warm underneath all the layers. My suggestion is to dress up your head with beanies that come in bright as day colors and to invest in thick/plush stockings. You don't have to sacrifice warmth or looking good during these super cold months. And Yes, layers do add bulk, but not when you do it properly. Invest in some HeatTech pieces from Uniqlo, and use those pieces to battle the chill underneath some fun prints.
Now the hardest part about being a blogger in the North-East is having to go outside and shoot style stories when it's under 30 degrees. But for my readers, I'll do it. As the winter starts to approach us full throttle please excuse my inability to keep my eyes open, honestly, I have no idea how I'd shoot bikini editorials in January during my hey day.
What are your winter fashion tips?
