Two things. How rad is the Brooklyn Botanical Garden. Next. You have to visit if you can; it's breathtakingly beautiful. Onwards. Kat and I embarked on a mission to scout the Brooklyn Botanical Garden for an upcoming Coming Soon shoot. Lucky for us there were so many great spots to choose from, it's no wonder people decide to get married here (it's all about the photo ops people). The location scout left us on a positive note.
Now you may be wondering why the two pairs of shoes. Honeypants, I'm a New Yorker and I will always opt to look cool, calm and collected. So if that means switching out a pair of shoes because I've been walking for a little toooooooooo long then I gotta change the shoes, no matter how comfortable they are. AIN'T NO SHAME. And thankfully, I'm not the only one that does it. Just take a train ride during rush hour and look down. Lots of ladies prefer flip flops or sneakers and switch them out once they're at the office.
On the plus side I gave two looks in boyfriend skinny jeans (kind of a paradox right). One has a summer kind of swag and the other has a fun and laid back vibe.
How about yourself, do you also pack those "just in case" flats?
P.s. Just for the record those Toms are pretty comfy. I just have really flat feet and sadly need a change after a few six hours in them. Damn the flat feet.
