The Essentials: September 2015

Happy September!! Before we know it, we'll be flying into the holidays. With that in mind I've kept my essentials short & sweet and highlighted what I loved last month and can't wait to use all this month. This might be the first essential that I have without any clothing pieces - not a bad thing necessarily since there are still a few standouts you should know about. The FEED Pouch helps feed people around the world, the products are also really well made. I got the FEED pouch 50 and signed up for the RUN 10 FEED 10 race later this month - it's feels great to give back!

I am an Etsy junkie and discovered Thyme & Honey through another blogger - you guys the notebooks are so cute and can help organize any hot mess days.

Also, Glossier's Balm Dotcom is a must-have for your beauty bag. The skin salve helps soothe rough skin and contains natural emollients to seal in moisture.

August is like the Sunday of the summer season. I've really haven't enjoyed summer as much as I wanted to which is a shame. I've been working non-stop so it's time for me to reflect on what I'm doing and what needs to change (#realtalk). Anyone else have a work-filled summer? If you noticed, I changed up the Rack Ups to include the shoppable widgets. It makes for a more seamless experience in case you see something you like.

Getting back to the August looks, my favorite had to be the outfit I wore with my Swedish Hasbeens. You know when you wear something that makes you go "Dayumn I feel good" - well that look 100% made me feel good.

Postcards from Greece

Karpathos could probably inspire some long winded post about a mystical Greek island hidden away on the Aegean Sea. Dotted with a multitude picture perfect beaches, windswept cliffs, seafood that could literally ruin every restaurant back home and locals who will have you out every night until sunrise. I almost felt guilty when I told Aileen I'd write this post, like I've been let in on a secret that I should try and.....

....yea Karp's just ok, you should probably stick to Athens.
