I'm a Classpass Ambassador!

You guys, I have some exciting news while overseas and I can finally let the cat out of the bag. I'm a Classpass Ambassador! To be honest, I almost didn't apply to the program because I didn't feel like I looked like a hardcore fitness girl. But sometimes you gotta ignore your self doubt and take a chance on things - besides, what's the worst thing that can happen?

So, there I was in Lebanon searching for a steady stream of wifi so I could take a chance and go all in. And I made the cut!

My Classpass obsession started last year and I dove head first into the plethora of classes throughout the city. One week I ventured into yoga, the next I fought wine-induced bloating at HIIT, when I felt too weak to run I hopped on a bike. It's been a lifesaver when it comes to reducing stress and toning up my desk-bod. And no, being an ambassador doesn't mean a free ride. I pay monthly for my membership because I honestly believe it has helped me live a healthier lifestyle. Also, their founder is a total #GIRLBOSS - with the help of her team she's been able to spread their program globally. Insane, right?

Next year I'm running the NYC Marathon (finally!) and my routine is going to heavy on the cardio & Classpass. For some weird reason I can run and run when outdoors but once I'm inside, in a gym, I lose all motivation to weight train or stretch. You would die if I told you how long it took me to finally cancel my unused membership at New York Sports Club. It still makes me cringe thinking about it. But now I know better. For instance, I generally do better in classes with peers and an instructor that guides me in a workout.

There's actually a whole group of us kicking off the first Classpass Ambassador program and you can meet them all here and follow our adventures on social with #ClasspassAmbassador.

If you're a member, hit me up. I love finding new workout buddies. And if you're looking for a new fitness plan try out Classpass. I promise, it's so easy to do and there are so many different classes at all hours, you will definitely become obsessed.

Sign up here and get started with $10 off your membership (full disclosure I get $10 off my membership too but I indeed pay for my full membership).

TSB: September Rack Up

What a month! I'd give anything for extra time in Lebanon and Paris. But, now that I'm back it's time to make the most of every single minute and hopefully work less. There weren't a ton of outfits photographed this month... because vacation. But, those that were posted were so fun and feminine. Can't wait to see what October holds for me, style-wise!

Must Eat: Pure Green

After eating every single carb in Lebanon & Paris, it's time to saddle back into eating clean, or, at least, attempt to with a few healthy juices.

For me personally, replacing a meal with a smoothie or tacking on a green juice to my lunch makes me feel loads better. My only complaint about going a juice-only route is the price. Where I work, I'm a stone's throw away from a couple of juice spots - expensive ones. After reading a few rave reviews, I gave Pure Green a try. It's near me, the prices are affordable, and the menu looks amazing.

The one I frequent is connected to an Open Kitchen (a healthier buffet of sorts) which makes getting a healthy lunch a plus. There are a few other Pure Green locations throughout the city and I heard a few more are in the works.

Once inside the modern and spotless juice bar you can either grab a juice and go, or pick something from their menu of smoothies, fresh juice (obvi), acai bowls, and shots of immunity boost. If you're undecided here's what to go with in the smoothie department: Mocha Cold Brew, Blue Royale, Banana Nut. As for juices, Soul Kick and Pure Greens with Apple, Lemon, and Ginger are constantly in heavy rotation. And when I'm trying to kick back on coffee I go with the Wake Me Up boost - this is also great for hangovers (speaking from experience). It's hard picking favorites when it comes to their Acai Bowls since they're all so GOOD, but I live for their coconut chia acai bowl.

Besides the price, I love how Pure Green puts a lot of emphasis on sourcing high-quality ingredients which makes everything taste delicious and helps us sustain energy all day long.

For those of you in NYC looking for a cleanse before or after a trip (AKA me) Pure Green offers them with the aid of a Pure Coach. This is kind of amazing for newbies or those looking to get more from their cleanse.

I highly recommend adding a green juice to your diet especially for those blah weeks and, of course, checking out Pure Green in the process.
