Plot Twist. Looks like my labrum has been torn for the past two years. Yep, I’ve been running and training through the pain.

I’d gotten so used to the daily hip pain that I almost thought it was normal. Don’t make the same mistake

October 2025. Went from taking 10k+ steps daily to barely hitting 5k and sporting a cane. But finally on the road to recovery. #photodump
