I have some big news for you guys - I scheduled a haircut for next week and I'm feeling kind of spontaneous. Also, the amount of Draino my guy (bae) has been using on the pipes shouldn't be legal.

Last time I sat in the hot seat it wasn't such a pleasant experience, but this time I'm prepared + armed with photos of this curly-cue queen for inspiration. AND (!!) it's a new salon I've been meaning to check out - Devachan. I'm apprehensive about anyone cutting my hair since they turn out so awful, so let's see what happens. Why is it so hard to find someone who can cut textured hair, le sigh.
I'm also settling into my fall weekends with cotton knits and mad - NYC slang for very - comfy shoes. Now, I don't know about you guys but weekends in my book are reserved for brunch, park dates with my pup, errands and loads of laundry. Which means, I'm not wearing towering heels but mostly like in sneakers or my Taos Knitwit slip-ons. I mean if people are shamelessly wearing Birks & Uggs, then I'm fabulously going to wear my Knitwits.
Not sure, if this look is considered off-duty but you can be the judge and tell me your thoughts.
